Who we are
Since our humble beginnings as Oscars100 back in 2013, our journey has been deeply personal. As parents to two incredible children living with autism, the path toward creating greater awareness became our mission. When our first child was diagnosed, we found ourselves at a crossroads, unsure of where to turn. Fortunately, we encountered compassionate and life-changing support that inspired us to establish Oscars100. Our goal: to guide other families on their journey, offering the support we wished we had. Since 2013, we've rallied and raised over $700,000 through fundraising. By teaming up with key autism service providers, we've channelled these funds to expand early intervention programs, resources, and equipment in an area severely under-resourced. Our own experiences, filled with both trials and triumphs, have allowed us to foster a vibrant community. Sharing our story openly has resulted in an outpouring of incredible support and care. It's this unwavering care and support that propels Oscars100 into its new evolution: The A Foundation. Partnering with our trusted service providers, The A Foundation ensures the continued success of support programs we've established and more. Thanks to the passion of The A Foundation's founders, we've now broadened our scope to deliver an array of community participation and engagement programs for all abilities that look to connect with nature where we can. Proudly registered as an NDIS support provider, The A Foundation is here to make a lasting impact.

At The A Foundation, we take a person-centred approach to empowering individuals with disabilities. As people who has personal experience with the challenges that come with a disability, we understand the importance of having the right support when needed.
Our support and programs are focused on connecting individuals with nature, providing them with the opportunity to explore the world around them. Our team of professionals is dedicated to tailoring support that is outcome-oriented, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the lives of those we work with.
ANDY PAYNE
Director
Meet Andy, a dedicated individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. With a warm and family-focused approach, Andy runs person-centred disability support programs designed to empower and uplift. Holding a Cert IV in Disability qualification Andy is focussed on creating social pathways and community connections for his clients.
Passionate about fostering an inclusive environment, Andy goes above and beyond to ensure that every program is not only NDIS-compliant but tailored to enhance the overall well-being of individuals and their families. Through a combination of professional knowledge and a compassionate spirit, Andy is committed to creating a supportive space where every person can thrive and reach their full potential.
